The Brutal Orchestra soundtrack was composed by Publio Delgado. Currently it features 41 unique tracks, and includes a variety of different genres and styles. Most enemies, bosses, and areas have their own unique music. One unique thing that appears in some songs is "dynamic" music, where it changes depending on the circumstances present.

Dreams of Purgatory Title Screen Theme A dramatic piece that shares its leitmotif with, Audience of One, All that is Mortal, and Bosch's Butt Song.
Bosch's Butt Song Victory Theme A victory tune that shares its leitmotif with, Audience of One, All that is Mortal, and Dreams of Purgatory. The melody references Bosch's butt music sheet, seen in the third Triptych of Garden of Earthly Delights.
No Applause Credits Theme A dramatic closing piano medley.
Audience of One Ending Theme A more climactic rendition of the Title theme shares its leitmotif with, Dreams of Purgatory, All that is Mortal, and Bosch's Butt Song.
Zanguango Interlude Theme A soft single acoustic guitar piece. This song is a reference to Nico's late father's music.[1]
Video Horror Society - Main Theme Theme of the Director An ominous track, plays when you interact with the Director quest npc. This piece is not a part of Brutal Orchestra's official soundtrack, and was also not composed by Publio as it was taken from Video Horror Society as a collaboration with Brutal Orchestra. Added in the Exquisite Corpse Update
Pay to Play Bronzo's Theme A chip-tune track. Plays when you interact with Bronzo. This song is also featured in "Bananas in the Well" an unreleased game made by Nico in 2019, where Bronzo comes from. It plays during most of the fights in that game. Added in the Exquisite Corpse Update

Estúpido Pez Sexy Fla Ming Goa Theme A Latin/Flamenco inspired piece. The title translates from Spanish as "Stupid Sexy Fish, it's a parody reference of anime japanese music trying to reference traditional spanish music.[1]
War of the Worms Keko/Kekastle Theme An eastern inspired piece, the more heavy metal parts towards the end only come in if there is a Kekastle in the fight. Added in the Egg of Incubus Update
Primary Colours Jumbleguts Theme A playful electronic piece.
Wriggle and Writhe Spoggle Theme An Ominous, noisy piece.
Amphibious Army Flarb Theme Very Flarb.
Swallowing the Sea Voboola Theme A high energy track, with a rock intro, it is a more dynamic rendition of "Conception Malformed" from Swallow the Sea.
Incubus Rising Unfinished Heir Theme A very lively track, that eventually turns into a heavy metal piece. Added in the Egg of Incubus Update
Feel the Rhythm Music Man/Conductor Theme A Jazz inspired piece, with only Music Men, it only plays the bassline and beat, however as more of them transform more instruments of their type gets added. When the Conductor transforms into a One Man Band the full song plays.
Voluptuous Vultures Scrungie Theme A "Fabulously Fluttery Melody"[2], alternatively "Very ominous elevator music"[3] Added in the Egg of Incubus Update
Hyperparasite Hype Train Maniskin/Inner Child Theme A more electronic rendition of Feel the Rhythm. Before the Egg of Incubus update, Maniskins and Inner Children used to reuse the Spoggle theme Added in the Egg of Incubus Update
Stand Up for Yourself Revola Theme An electronic trance-like piece that features elephant-like sounds, changes into Vertigo when the Revola stands up.
Vertigo Revola Standing Theme A more distant rendition of Stand Up for Yourself, the elephant sounds are more drawn out.
Divine Judgement Wriggling Sacrifice Theme An ominous bass line with drums, gets replaced by As Above, So Below when Ungod spawns. This song did not used to exists separately as a public release for a long time, after much demand it was added to the ost on all platforms shortly after The Exquisite Corpse update.
As Above, So Below Ungod Theme A divine choir, replaces Divine Judgement when the Ungod gets spawned.
Sensory Stimulation Skinning/Shivering Homunculus Theme A piece that lives up to its title, which features a lot of different variety of sounds.
God of Gametes In Her/His Image/Zeitgeist Theme A piece with ritualistic chanting, which turns into heavy metal. It's a reference to a joke ritual song Nico did with his father and brother so he wouldn't wet the bed when he was around 5.[1]

At the end of the song you can hear whispered reversed Spanish which says "Coche nuevo, Camión grande, Moto que se cae, Avión que se muere" (New Car, Big Truck, Falling Motorcycle, Dying Plane) Publio has stated that: "when my brother was about 2-3 years old, he would come to you pretty often and tell you "you wanna know a secret?". "sure" i said. then he said "coche nuevo". "you wanna know another one"? "camión grande" etc"[4]

Mortification of Flesh Choir Boy Theme A more tame , and slightly different version of Heaven's theme. "This theme was originally intended for a scrapped phase one for Heaven (The current Heaven would have been phase two). So this themes inclusion was basically a fun bonus since the song had already been made" Talia Added in the Egg of Incubus Update
Pain Pain Suffering Pain Giggling Minister Theme A frantic and repetitive beat with cacophony of sound imitating bird noises. References the "gay gay homosexual gay" meme.
With Apologies to Giovanni Battista Pamphili Sepulchre Theme A piece that is reminiscent of a funereal march. The title is a reference to the name of Pope Innocent X, who's likeness was used for the "Screaming Pope" painting, which was used as inspiration for the Sepulchre.
Three Storms Above the Mountain of Steam Xiphactinus & Gillicus Theme An ominous piece, that features heavy electronic guitars. Its title is a reference to a song name "Mountains Made of Steam" which Talia really enjoys. Added in the Egg of Incubus Update

Burning Passion Hickory Theme A panicky, chaotic and energetic piece.
To See Her Again Mobius Theme A dramatic and climactic rendition of the Mung theme.
The Other Escape Trigger Fingers Theme A military march, that somewhat falls apart near the end.
Flesh, Blood and Bone Charcarrion Theme An energetic piece which features heavy use of percussion.
Soul, Mind and Purpose Charcarrion's Corpse Theme A slightly less energetic rendition of Flesh, Blood and Bone, still has the underlying theme that hints to its eventual revival.
Hunger and Mercy Ouroboros Theme A more dynamic rendition of "Ouroboros" from Swallow the Sea.
Lullaby, Partially Recalled SmoothSkin Theme A lullaby that eventually turns into a proper fight theme, also features wind sounds.
All That is Mortal This Pitiful Corpse Theme A sonorous rendition of the title theme, eventually turns into a single heartbeat. This theme also plays when the player game overs.
Hell Heaven Theme A "heavenly" piece that truly signifies that this is the end. Features the use of choir.
Breathe Deep Osman Sinnoks Theme A threatening piece, which features off kilter sounds. It is a reference to the song "Ghosts" from the Berserk ost.[5]
Osman, Then Nowak Osman and Sinnoks Theme A more energetic rendition of Breathe Deep, that also features guitars.
Midas Touch Bronzo the Boss Theme A chip tune theme that is a more dynamic version of Pay to Play. This song is also featured in "Bananas in the Well" an unreleased game made by Nico in 2019, where Bronzo comes from. It plays during the final fight with Bronzo. Added in the Exquisite Corpse Update
