“Keko's are not super smart. They are an r type reproducer so they aren’t very good parents. Once the Flarb is killed they eat all the organs containing the most moisture first, once those organs are removed the skin naturally desiccates to a hard sort of leather surround the cavity the organs used to occupy. A healthy Flarb isn’t really at risk from Keko but they weed out the old and sick Flarbs. This is why you won’t ever really find and elderly or ‘old’ Flarb.”^[1]
