Osman Sinnoks is a tall and mysterious man, and is one of the two final bosses in The Garden. He moves around the battlefield constantly, battering your team with damage and potentially applying Cursed upscaled.pngCurse, before finishing off his turn with Mortal Horizon, instantly killing the opposing party member.

Tips

  • To track Osman, I use a variation of the "Hands Method" as described in the Tips for the Charcarrion. For phase 1, I hold out one of my hands and cover the space Osman is currently in, then read the timeline and follow what his movements will be with my hand for easy visualization. If Osman is using Concentration, add your other hand, then move one hand to the left and one to the right, allowing you to plan for every possibility.
  • In phase 2, simply use 1 hand for Osman and the other for Sinnoks. If they're using Concentration just track one of them and note if they cross paths.
  • If Osman or Sinnoks move into the space with the other, they will swap. Pay attention to which one is going first because their starting position might be changed.
  • If Concentration is used in an edge space it will always move inward, making it significantly less dangerous
  • As will all enemies with Multi-attack upscaled.pngMulti Attack, On Fire upscaled.pngfire is very effective

Trivia

  • Osman Sinnoks is currently one of the only bosses that speaks to you before their boss battle, the other being Bronzo.
  • Osman Sinnoks face is modeled after Francis Bacon, an Irish-born British painter.
  • In the same vein Osman's body, and background is based on a Francis Bacon painting "Man Kneeling in Grass".
  • Osman's favorite color is blue.[1]
  • Osman and Nowak occupy the same spot in existence. Osman is related to Nowak not genetically but ontologically.[2]
  • You can see Osman’s garden behind him in the second phase of his fight.[3]
  • The pulsating red mouth-like mass seen in the background of the second phase is labeled "mouthofgod" in the files but according to Talia it's official name is "Ghola Gorealis"[4]
  • When asked what he does Osman find entertaining Talia answered "I imagine he would feed birds bits of bread when he was finished with his food. That tiny feeling of benevolence from a higher being in an otherwise uncaring world I imagine was comforting to him, even if he wasn't on the receiving end."[5]
  • Osman is 5'11 (around 180 cm)[6]
